Cindy Fandal has been a Realtor for over 30 years. She has obtained lifetime achievement award in the Northshore Area Board of Realtors. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and holds the Graduate Realtors Institute Designation (GRI). She also is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR).
She has been active in the Northshore Area Board of Realtors and served as their Secretary and Treasurer in the past, and also served for many years as Chairperson of the Professional Standard Committee. Cindy has prided herself on her commitment to her customers and is grateful for their continued support and recommendations as they continue to use her real estate services for themselves and their friends and family.
Jennifer “Jenny” Fandal, a licensed Realtor, has partnered with Cindy to continue the tradition of helping people find their dream of home ownership and enjoys assisting people with their home buying or selling decisions. Jenny is a statewide notary and brings a lot of legal expertise to the team. She has worked in the past for various title companies and understands the process from loan application to closing the loan and finalizing the sale.
